I am relatively sure Moparboyy is a Chrysler tech, so we will find out soon. I have seen these valve seals on vipers before, but I am not sure if there was head work done.

if you drill one fouler, thread the two foulers together and install the rear oxygen sensor (space the sensor away from the exhaust) the cat light will go off even if it has no cat. It makes for a very tall oxygen sensor

The caps are not supposed to come off. Really you need a new wheel nut if this happens. If you have the cap, you can put it back on with a small amount of quality silicone.
