Hey guys,
We had to change up the event for Saturday (Sept 15), I still think we are going to have a great time. Our vipers are going to have there own little parking lot at RAMA. We made reservations for 7:00 at Germains Restaurant in Casino Rama. But there are about ten different places to...
I installed ventureshield in 2007, no yellowing or anything to date. I have had to replace the flim on the drivers side fender three times due to a lot of bad luck from stones. No problems removing the flim at all.
I keep my car very clean.
Everything is covered on the front of the car
You can make a very strong Gen 2 motor by upgrading and porting the upper end of a motor + headers. Installing a gen 4 motor is possible, but the costs would be very high due to the costs and the motor, cost of the wiring, computer for a gen 4 and the cost of wiring it into a working car...
2003 -2010 have fittings on the bottom of the diff that can be used as a drain. Dodge did this so you could add a diff cooler. The older cars the service manual says to suck it out.
The damage you have is very common, You can clear bra the whole sill it is fine (I put clear bra on my side sills in 2007) Will not discolour. The best protection for sill damage is a front mud flap. I now use clear bra and a mud flap for the front sills.
A full belanger system will pass emission monitors and have no codes if:
1. The header gaskets are not leaking
2. The downstream oxygen sensors and wiring are ok
3. The high flow cats are in good shape
If you are getting codes, the computer is trying to tell you something.
Only thing you would have to watch is the Body computer looks very closely at the viper window regulator motor (motor commutator pulses) for timing and window drop. The motor would have to be similar. Not sure if Prowler uses smart glass.
Don't complain, the same blades through the same Chrysler parts system MSRP at $63.00 each here in Canada. How would you like to pay $126.00 for the same set?
Depends on the dealership, some are "viper friendly" and others have never seen the car before. You need to contact your local viper club or area and see where they are going for service.
