Same is true of the Viper. Same piston issue. Stay around 8 psi and it should stay together for a long time. I've seen dozens of Pro Charged Z06's come out of my friends shop and haven't heard of any issues to date. Stock Vette motor has forged pistons and at least one dealers is now adding Pro...
:lmao::lmao::lmao: That has to be the funniest thing that I have read since being a VCA member. Then I read Tweesters post and it's a good way to spend 5k if you are planning on staying NA.
It just made me spit out my drink when I read the first few words. WARNING!! Using Twister's advice...
Oil gauge in my Gen 3 is pegging past 80 when key in on and whiule running. Does anyone know if this indicates bad sender or bad gauge?
Gen 4 cars have 100 psi gauges I have been told. Does anyone know if they will interchange with Gen 3 without changing sender?
Thanks for the help.
Sal
Because IT WILL BREAK! Ask any of the builders and anything over 650 won't work with stock pistons, peroid. Ask Sean, Dan at VSP, Doug Levin what they say don't rely on answers here.
Jon B told me the 500 miles wasn't necessary on the 355's. I did some 20-30 minute runs with complete cool downs in-between. I probably did a few more after that. That being said I still haven't just nailed it from a dead stop. Trying to save my PS2's.
I really didn't want the entire package, maybe 2-Dodges and possibly the window banner. I wonder what Viper with 2 red hash marks would look like.
Thank you,
Sal
I want them as well. Here is the ACR-X link where you buy the entire package for $150. I asked them for a seperate price but neber heard back from them.

No argument here. Just trying to educate the noobs here that there isn't really a way to compare the two except how I explained it in my opinion. I enjoyed (and am still enjoying) the gears that you sold me but wanted much much more. I may be going back to 307's though. I'm changing gears every...
I was told I superchargers use a bypass valve and you can't use a blow off valve because the bypass works in both directions where as a blow off only one. Can you clarify that for me? I was also told you use a bypass and a blow off valve.
Thanks again. Awesome car.
