Borla exhaust like fine wine.
Highway mileage with carbon box is 1-2 mpg better than stock box with flat K&N's. Increased seat of the pants feel is noticable with the carbon box. I like the faint hiss I hear at idle too. Powder Coat Rims?
I am doing that now. I have a set of '95 rims I am stripping to paint black and use on my white '96. I am just tired of brake dust. The factory silver finish is tough. Stripper softens it, but a wire wheel is still needed to remove the finish. No gouging the metal with a fine/medium wire...- TacDoc

Borla Exhaust installed today.

Borla Exhaust installed today.
I installed my 3" Borla catback system on my 96 RT today. The install was a snap. I took about 80 minutes to remove the stock system, and about 25 minutes to put the Borla on and button everthing up. 2000 Vipers are no creampuffs

Hardtop Help, Dodge Or Northwind?
Almost forgot, the V-Mania Double Bubble works with my OEM side curtains. That saved me a few dollars for now. I looked at the windows offered to go with my new top and like them a great deal. A set is definitely in the plan.- TacDoc

Rear Window Shattered...
Sounds odd. I would look around for a slug, pellet etc in the cockpit. Even the strongest .177 air rifle rarely exceeds 700 FPS, and with a lightweight pellet the kinetic energy would be unlikely to break the glass from over 50 feet. A .22 caliber pellet would likely have to low FPS to do it...- TacDoc
