F#@! That doesnt look good. Hope he pulls through OK.
I've loaned mine out but don't recommend it. Not because they might wreck it but because they might off themselves because they didn't respect the HP of these cars.
Thanks for the PM's and info. This will be my second battery in a year.
Does the key under the door open the truck as well??????
I've been really busy so i haven't been able to mess with it.
Thanks. I knew there was a trick.
How do I get the truck open? Last time the battery died it had enough juice to still open the truck.
Have not been able to drive it much, wonder if I should be buying an Optima battery.
I know I've done this post myself but I'm no good which this forums search so here I go again:smirk:
Dead battery after only a year and the car won't open:mad: Lock under door not turning and I just forgot how to get the car/trunk open to replace the battery again.
Help:dunno:
To give the finger to the Germans and French after they left US holding the bag on the Middle East problem, even after the unanimous vote in the UN.
True story. Canceled a three week trip to France for a cruise to Alaska. Sold the BMW and bought a Dodge.
Hence: USPWR
and of course the car...
I'll try to give other people in cool cars the thumbs up when it's obvious they love nice cars. They normally give me a shocked look but, then a big smile and a thumbs up and say how they love the Viper also.
But not always. New vette owners always act they haven't noticed the Viper.:lmao:
Are you in Seattle or upstate?
I notices once you get out of Seattle you find a lot of cool conservatives in Washington.
Never a finger but a lot of thumbs up.
Glad to here your still here after that.
Would you recommend putting traction control on Hayabusa's?
Vipers are in the same league. IMO
They took the ABS off of the F1 cars this year and, everyone thought they'd be all over the track but after the first few practice laps and a couple of flat...
I'm 6'2'' 215lb and feel the viper seats are to high. I always feel like I'm going to run through a light because I'm sitting so high.
Put in the 1'' adjustable lowering for the drivers seat and it's much more comfortable. I put them in both my Vipers.
Stock.
I want to enjoy the car, not wrench on it.
The only after market item I did to the SRT was dash board bezels and those don't fit well so some fell off and these others I can't get back out. So next Viper 0 mods.
I don't believe GM runs Corvette ads either, they just put over 50,000 on the street every year for advertisement. I have to remind people that these are handmade sports cars and that they produce less than 1,500 every year. So the chances of seeing one is slim.
The few times I've ever seen...
I think everyone knows what the Vipers are capable of. Some just want to see it in action.
If I'm in the mood I'll sometime just drop it to a lower gear and jump on it a little. Let them see the torque these cars have. That's normally Nuf said.
I'm not going to get a ticket for some A-hole...
