Re: I\'m sick of haters including Viper owners
I have a hard time believing anyone in the KC Club disrespected you because of your GenII Viper. The majority of "active" club members (myself included) have GenII's. If you have had an incident with a particular member -- so be it. A few can be...
Yes the garage/home/lawn is THAT clean. The garage resembles a display rather than a functional shop. But-I have seen a lot of work happening in there.
Jerry-that was a quicker install than you thought. I will stop by another time for a "lunch and learn".

Re: Anyone close to Olathe, KS 66061 Carchex dosn\'t go there.
I am in Olathe. I am sure someone can take a look for you.

The car was sold from 1 KC member to another KC member. The current member also has a Gen1 for sale (check other auctions). Everything is on the up and up.

Danno-he also arranges a LOT of the local Viper financing--mine included.
I think it is a bit pricey, but, that is THE one that I bought for my car. Super simple plug-in and very nice quality. I could not build that for $1.

I have a hard time filling my car a one station near my house. The pump will not stay on for any length of time (it "clicks" off every few seconds) and I leave with less than a full tank. I dont go there anymore and have not had the trouble at any other stations. I was assuming the problem...
I recently had similiar issues with my hard-top latch (2001). Another KC member and myself turned an "easy job" into work. He was able to get a ball bearing out of a quick-connect (air hose fitment). I would love to know where to shop for the spring and bearing myself...the new parts do work...
Re: Drivers Door Won\'t Stay Open
Does the door close passively? My drivers door was rubbing along the weather stripping when closing. Opinions vary as to the fix from adjust to replace the hinge. The hinge is located under the plastic cover behind the front fender (hood) area. Pretty easy...
That sounds reasonable. A little higher than I paid, but, reasonable. Be sure to clarify for that price that you get the speedo corrected as well.

I dont know anything about these lease release programs, but, they are drawing bad press. The above address will take you to an Arizona news clip on the subject. Be careful...
I will go up and check the car tomorrow evening after work IF they are open late enough...assuming the car is inside somewhere.
I dont know everything about Vipers, but, I know curb rash when I see it...and where the burnout rubber tends to accumulate.
Jerry? Ride along?
