You are correct, Ray is his name. I really liked him. He is very attention to detail. My 2011 TS ran 10.80s and this new one is much faster. It should do 10.50/60s...I will, for sure join you in Homestead in the future to track the TS with ya for fun. Introduce yourself to me at PB on the 25th...- FLL-B/W-GTS

That is one Bad Ass looking Viper.I had all my Vipers worked on at University Dodge.The tect was excellent,think name was John.Bring it to the Street Car Drags at Palm Beach (1/25)and well line up my 14 Turbo S with it,that is of course, if they are broke in by then.I am not doing so well,only...- FLL-B/W-GTS

Agreed,the Gen.5 is not a 10 second car as it is.I knew a very determined individual may tweak a 10 second pass with drag radials if everything is just perfect.I dought you will see a 10 second pass as a complete factory car.None the less, outstanding job you did getting the Gen.5 to do at least...- FLL-B/W-GTS

The McLaren can be beaten in the quarter with a Turbo S straight up.I did it twice at Palm Beach with my 11 Turbo S. The reason I got a 2011 Turbo S ,is I tryed like crazy(years) to be into the 10s with my Gen.4.I can drive,may be above average,but nothing like Brooks and I am sure ,like others running Vipers.I would have a difficult time launching the Gen.4 and that 2nd to 3 rd upshift was a bitch.I want to...- FLL-B/W-GTS

How will the Gen V perform as a collectible that retains value over time?
Never said I did not like Vipers,I do,and I do like the Gen 5.But,the 3 Vipers I have owned in the past,they were the baddest machines out their.Now,the Gen.5 are way behind in many ways to the other high performance cars...I really hope SRT does some more with the Gen.5 except paint and...- FLL-B/W-GTS

Gen V vs 12C from a roll...
May be a dog fight with my old 2011 Turbo S from a roll,but not in the quarter(10.80s Stock),but I have a brand new 2014 Black Turbo S in my garage..Viper has no chance against it and the McLaren will be the on new Turbo S radar,should be close. The new TS is much faster/improved than old one...- FLL-B/W-GTS
