    Effectiveness of Underdrive Pulleys

In my endless search for relatively inexpensive mods, I have come across underdrive pulleys. There was a post about a year ago in the New Products Section with West Coast Jason selling these...

Rotors for a Viper on Ebay?

For the wheels on your car, I think the rotors would look very nice. The 5 spoke wheel on '96 to '98 is much thinner than the spokes on '99 and above. They show much more brake rotor than the dish wheels on my '02 GTS. I suggest that you buy these rotors and tell me how they are. That way if...

Rotors for a Viper on Ebay?

I saw these myself and they look quite nice. With aftermarket wheels that show more of the rotor these would look great. I wonder if they perform as good as they look.

Today I let the Viper name down....

Just joking with you Ricky. :D Fact of the matter is, even though you lost, who truly is the real winner? At the end of the race the guy in the S2000 got to drive home in a S2000 where you got to drive home in a Viper. :2tu: On another note, have you ever driven a S2000? They are fun...

Re: HELP!!! Wife said Where did you buy the Whirlpool Gladiator garage system to receive the big VCA discount? I am looking to put cabinets in my garage and like those a lot. Here is a pic of my cabinetless garage; I am only using shelves as of now: Thanks in advance! :2tu:

Which high flow cats to buy?

What will you be doing with the exhuast system? Will you be changing headers? If so, you have to go with the 3". If you just buy the exhaust then you will need the 2 1/2 inch cats. I didn't really see the purpose of just buying the exhuast. If you really want the full sound, you need the...

Which high flow cats to buy?

Random Tech Ceramic Cats from Parts Rack. I asked Jon about the non-ceramic cats but he said to get the ceramic ones instead. The non-ceramic cats are only for really high HP applications and they tend to have a more tinny sound than the ceramic cats.

It is the hood pad. It is usually good for around 10-12 RWHP. ;)

    Aluminum Flywheel Question

I heard something about that. This is what PartsRack states about the aluminum flywheel they sell: "Comes factory balanced, and employs heli-coiled bolt holes, and non-warping pucks. By far our best FW value. Other aluminum flywheels are not balanced from the factory - they can and do warp when...

3.55 Ring and Pinion Gear and Exhaust/Header/Cats Install Question

Thanks, especially for that exhaust clip! That completely sold me. While doing some research, I noticed you too posted a question about 3.55 gears and Aluminum Flywheels. I see that you did not get them. May I ask why? I was apprehensive about getting the 3.55 gears but JonB assured me there...

    Aluminum Flywheel Question

While searching this subject, I carefully read over those links. Thanks anyways for posting them. :2tu: It seems for as many of those that think it is beneficial there are as many who believe it does nothing or is detrimental. If I was getting a clutch installed or something I would just...

    Aluminum Flywheel Question

But what were the advantages of the aluminum flywheel? For someone like me who is not going to track the car, just occasionally drag at stop lights and cruise around, is it worth it? More importantly, will it be beneficial? I have read on here that drag racers prefer the stock flywheel over the...

3.55 Ring and Pinion Gear and Exhaust/Header/Cats Install Question

Also, one more question. I called my tech up today and he said it would take about 16 hours to do the following installation of these items: Corsa 3" Cat-Back Exhaust Belanger Headers Randomtech Non-Ceramic Cats 3.55 Ring and Pinion Gear Is this a normal amount of installation time for...

    Aluminum Flywheel Question

I have done some research before posting this thread but from all the indecision on this issue I am still unsure about Aluminum Flywheels. Perhaps a question more tailored to my specific needs will be able to get me an answer. First off, I am having some mods done to my car: Corsa Track...

3.55 Ring and Pinion Gear and Exhaust/Header/Cats Install Question

Do you think so? After these mods this will pretty much be it. Perhaps later on down the line when the Pilots wear out I will get Kumho's, but that's it.

    They're Everywhere

Re: They\'re Everywhere Porsches look like VW Beetles on steroids. :p If your husband really likes attention, get him a RT/10 or GTS. If you attend a lot of car shows you will find that people tend to flock more towards GEN I and II snakes than GEN III's. I think a black RT/10 would like nice...

    Holy Zaino!!!!!!

Microfibers are great, but the easiest way to dry the car is with a 200 MPH Toro Electric Leaf Blower. It never contacts the car nor leaves any streaks whatsoever. I also use the Mr. Clean Autodry Car Wash System. Not only does it filter the water (hardness, etc.) with PUR filters, but it also...
