    I would have thought that Skyline would go faster than 194 MPH since it went 153 in the 1/4. But the Skylines are notorious for not been very good top end cars (170+ MPH type speeds). Some impressive hardware there though.

    Man that must be fun! The sad thing is that the highest HP Supra I know of in the UK makes ~650 crank HP. I would love to see what some of the 900+ HP Supras in the US could do at one of these events. As well as some of the high HP Vipers, Vettes, etc.

    Good points, that's one reason they use such "small" displacement for the # of cylinders in high level racing such as F1, etc. Also Russ M. has a good point with the cylinder head bolts.

    Never ran it on slicks, and I never ran the NOS at the track. The car made enough HP to go 9's but I did get a good 60 foot time on the 10.41 @ 139.6 MPH run on DR's (1.59 60ft) so just putting slicks would have NOT guaranteed a 9 second pass. Impressive Camaro you got there!

The car in the sig had a redline of 7800 RPM's (stock is 7,000), highest you would want to go "safely" in a stock bottom end Supra is ~8,000 RPM, some have gone higher but I'm not sure how safe that is.     Paolo, what are you using to calculate these top speed figures? Can you figure out what the Supra I sold (on the sig) could do top speed? I think CD was .33, weight of ~3750 pounds with me in it and 786 RWHP on boost and 874 RWHP on NOS.
