Yes, you have to put your hand up under your dash right behind your headlight knob. You'll feel the mechanism that makes the headlight system work, and the button is right on top of it-just push it down and pull out the knob at the same time.
This was the same problem I had when I did my dash...
I actually looked at Walmart and a couple of Auto places, too, and nothing would have fit. I agree, $150 is way high, but like everything else on this car, what else are you going to do?
Jeff Torrey-
"Those tires look pretty good." That is so funny, because I was thinking the same thing. I mean it's not funny about the wreck but that's the first thing I thought of when I seen that picture. Sounds like we're both in need of some tires!
There's not much little stuff to go wrong on a Gen I. If something goes wrong, it's usually something big.
-No windows

The pedals are held on by brackets on the back side of the pedal. The bracket goes on the back side of the stock pedal and the ZAF pedal goes on the front side of the stock pedal. Then you have four screws, one in each corner you tighten down. The gas pedal has tape on the back that you...

If you find out anything, let me know! I've been looking into this for a long time now. There's a company that does power windows for $5,000 to $6,000. Way too much! There has to be someone out there that can put in roll up windows that would work for not alot of money!

Sorry, had to!
Vettes are nice, owned a couple myself. Just kinda like still having training wheels on! If you can't drive a car, get one that'll drive itself!
