Gen I and Gen II have radio and control knobs opposite of eachother?

Anybody notice that on a Gen I the radio is on the bottom and the knobs are above it, but on a Gen II the radio is above the control knobs? Why?

    Gen I Dash Removal

Yes, you have to put your hand up under your dash right behind your headlight knob. You'll feel the mechanism that makes the headlight system work, and the button is right on top of it-just push it down and pull out the knob at the same time. This was the same problem I had when I did my dash...

    New pedals covers $53 (pics)

I actually looked at Walmart and a couple of Auto places, too, and nothing would have fit. I agree, $150 is way high, but like everything else on this car, what else are you going to do?

    Ouch!!!!!! ->

Jeff Torrey- "Those tires look pretty good." That is so funny, because I was thinking the same thing. I mean it's not funny about the wreck but that's the first thing I thought of when I seen that picture. Sounds like we're both in need of some tires!

Avg Gen 1 Maint. costs per 5k miles

There's not much little stuff to go wrong on a Gen I. If something goes wrong, it's usually something big. -No windows -No outside door handles -No power anything -ect...

    New pedals covers $53 (pics)

Jerry- The pedals are held on by brackets on the back side of the pedal. The bracket goes on the back side of the stock pedal and the ZAF pedal goes on the front side of the stock pedal. Then you have four screws, one in each corner you tighten down. The gas pedal has tape on the back that you...

    New pedals covers $53 (pics)

H$ll yes they were a pain!!! The pedals themselves wouldn't have been that bad to put on if they were out of the car, but to squeeze your A$$ down into the foot pedal area and get them put on where they matched eachother was rough! I'd do it all over again though, the look is amazing over the...

    Life Expectancy Of Rear Tires

Don- I posted on this awhile back! There wasn't any responses that helped me out with my tires. I can roast my tires in 2nd gear just by punching the gas down!!!! I've got the tires that don't squeal when spinning. What tears me in two is the tires I have now, I love! Only one problem, no...

Anyone have a picture of the New Mopar Sliding Gen I Window?

Jason- If you find out anything, let me know! I've been looking into this for a long time now. There's a company that does power windows for $5,000 to $6,000. Way too much! There has to be someone out there that can put in roll up windows that would work for not alot of money!

    Hennessey air box

Does he have a website and is it hard to install yourself? Is this what's considered a rear airbox with 3" outlets? And is this what's considered taking out the rain baffles?

    Need Info on 95 RT/10

If your car is one that ends up having headgasket problems, just change the headgaskets. Or best yet, have them checked before you buy the car! Gen I 1/4 times are high 12's, unless you get bored like me and get new exhaust and a Vec1. Great driver can get alot better times out of the car and a...

    More SRT colors

IMO, I think yellow is the color to get! Red usually first, but not on this car! White, for some reason, reminds me of a Vette.
