This is the model i am really looking at considering my budget and all, but i need some info. The problems people had w/ the 93-94's w/ head gaskets, and most of the other probs, were they fixed by the 95? or did that come w/ the 96? also, w/ the 400hp stock hp what kind of times do they run? low 12's?

Bill

(if the 95 still had a lot of the gen 1 probs, did it take the gen 2 to fully fix them? what i mean is, am i asking for trouble w/ a later gen 1?)

If your car is one that ends up having headgasket problems, just change the headgaskets. Or best yet, have them checked before you buy the car! Gen I 1/4 times are high 12's, unless you get bored like me and get new exhaust and a Vec1. Great driver can get alot better times out of the car and a bad driver can get alot worse times out of the car!

GO FOR IT!!!!! Best of Gen1. If you need an extended warranty contact me! 40,000 miles going strong. I even had the oil analyzed. No internal problems.

Newport Viper,
40,000! You need to change your signature. I am at 39,893. Think I should stop driving to keep it under the dredded 40,000 mile mark.

I can feel the value of my car drop by every mile, oh well. Too much fun.

how much then should i expect to pay for a semi-low mileage one? i checked kbb.com and edmunds.com but i don't know if their numbers are high/low? i think i remember for a 95 rt/10 w/ 25k miles kbb and edmunds said ~33-35, is this right? also, the 95's, did they come w/ AC and what kind of stereo? kbb.com said cassette player but i thought different
