If that's the degree that you go to, I wonder how many miles do you have on your car? If the car is high mileage and you put back OE parts I can't believe it would make much difference.
I don't plan on selling my car so I just drive it and replace whatever consumable parts it needs and go...
This has been discussed many times before. If you just want to change the head unit you need a DIN adapter from the stock wiring to the aftermarket unit. Other than that there's nothing else you need. If you change the amp at the same time you will need to run new wires.
Yup, I saw that. Unfortunately no matter what kind of car you drive it all comes down to the guy behind the wheel. If you're an idiot even the best car in the world can't help you.......:rolaugh:
Goldberg is pretty corny but the chicks are hot. I still think the best car to do the show would be a modded Evo or WRX. Something small, light, AWD with good gas mileage and power when needed.
Those Lambo guys are idiots. They're going to get ganged up against as soon as someone gets the chance. With those fake immunity cards and taking down signs any team that has the position to throw them into a challenge is going to do it. I can see that Lambo spinning around in the mud soon.
That's a good indicator. If you close the door with the rear hatch unlatched but just resting on the bottom you will notice that it pops up when the door closes. Now imagine if both air bags deploy in a few milliseconds how much pressure is produced.
So it runs great after you disconnect the battery for awhile then comes back? That can't be a fuel issue then. It's back to electrical.
Just to eliminate one factor swap out the battery.
It doesn't have to be air tight to restrict flow. If you drive with your windows open a lot I would try to avoid blocking them. It may lead to loose hatch hinges later or worse. Otherwise it's your choice if you're willing to take the risks.
Also keep in mind bass resonance or cancellation...
The hood doesn't look like it's closed completely. That's not the actual gap.
I didn't see a price. It does look really clean and matches the low mileage. Wonder what the engine looks like.
There's always the debate about blocking vents and replacing spare tires. I'm sure it's been discussed before.
I just went with a JL 10W7 in an enclosure in the tire well.
Have you done a leak down yet? As it was mentioned by a few others the first thing you should do is a leak down test. That way you have a baseline before you ship it off to anyone.
My money is on the rings as well. PM me if you like the name of my engine builder. He's worked on Viper...
Can't wait to see the show. Any time you have 3 Mopars and only one Chebby and one Ford is a good situation.
Although not too happy about the "Henn" Viper. How and why does that guy keep getting exposure???
:doh2: Doh! Thanks for the correction. Good thing I did't post that on the "other" forum. I would have gotten huge negative reps for that.....
Are you looking for one to use on a Motorcycle? If it's for your car you should get one rated M for cars. They have better fire resistance than motorcycle helmets.
I took mine out a few years ago and I need to put it back. I just hate having to bleed the system again when I do it. It's been so long I think I've lost the O-ring :doh2: From what I learned after the fact is that by removing the O ring it lowers the braking force to the front brakes as a...
