Up for suggestions of fun things to see or do in Tampa area next weekend (1/19-1/20) and later that week (car show, boat show, scenic cruise, etc.). Tampa area preferred but thoughts on Orlando and other FL locations would be welcomed. :)
Be patient my friend. There is a Viper in your future and you will find the right one for you. I looked at Vipers admiringly for years, stumbled onto a white Mamba with 50 miles on it (at the time I did not know they even made white), bought it and never looked back! By the way, Blue/White...
Hello from an Ohio Viper Club member. Western PA/WVa (Wheeling or Charleston area) events are not far for many Ohio members. A suggestion would be a fall mountain cruise to enjoy the sights in western PA or WVA.
Re: ***No More Viper After 2009??***
New Years resolution ........... ignore rumors then react if true by breaking New Years resolution number 2 (complain less). B/W resolution 1 was smile more, particularly when driving the Vipers.
Six hour drive for us but considering going this year if schedule permits so that would make three. I have #85. Really enjoy the Club events with big turnout of vipers. Also check for thread elswewhere on this site where a member was trying to develop a VOI9 registry. Found about a dozen or so.:)
Did not mean to confuse anyone by my post. I was asking this question because of the signature line on a prior post in this thread. I should have asked if that would be number 1, not number 2. I did not mean to imply that it was my time.:2tu:
Full post is informative, interesting read but ...... I believe some of the GTR's hype is related to its expected price ($60K) for that performance.:eater:
My personal preference is vert without stripes and coupe with stripes. Stripes on coupe give aggressive, racy appearance which is the driving feel relative to the vert. I know you disagree on coupe view but take a look at Dave6666 cool striping that he posted in another thread (very nice).
Nelson Auto Group in Marysville, Ohio has a green with white stripes. Google their web site and you can see pictures. Ask for Harvey (Harv). Also pictures of this car were posted on another thread.:eater:
Interesting comment about the stripes and I wonder if a thread was ever started on Vipers with and without stripes. My personal preference regardless of color is no stripes on the vert and stripes on the coupe. Stripes fit with the coupes racing image.

Good observation and you are right. I was suprised to see myself in the picture with other VCA members that I met at Belle Isle. The pictures were taken at the entrance of the Chrysler museum. The red and black Viper in the picture definitely was hot. We saw the new snakeskin green body...
Back at you from the USA and to all the Viper family! Wishing you the Merriest Christmas and a safe, healthy, and Happy New Year in 2008!:2tu:

Couldn't agree with you more. The VOI9 and 04 White Mamba are great stable mates. We enjoy the vert for casual cruising and the VOI9 coupe just cries out to go fast. Good luck Bat and I am sure you will have no regrets!;)
