    600 rwhp gear ratio opinions

On Willow Springs road race course I hit 155 mph at the end of the front straight in 4th, in an '08 ACR, I'm guessing I could hit 160 or more if I didn't run out of track.

I'll go with Jack, I have 3.55s in my Gen II, only putting down 434 RWHP but it's enough to get me 12 seconds flat. .

DIY - Gen II Stoptech Big Brake Kit Install 1999 GTS ACR Non-ABS Front and Rear

I put a 4 wheel set on my non-abs 2000 RT/10, one thing the instructions don't tell you that I found out from Archer racing at a Viperdays event is the rear knuckles need to be notched, when road racing the compression of the suspension comes close to hitting the caliper. I'm not sure if you...

Heading to the drag strip next week ... any tips appreciated / heard of wrecks ---

Re: Heading to the drag strip next week ... any tips appreciated / heard of wrecks -- On street tires with close to stock HP half-shafts are not an issue, I probably have 50 passes with no problems if you're worried about them Unitrax has some that will handle 1,000 HP. .

Heading to the drag strip next week ... any tips appreciated / heard of wrecks ---

Re: Heading to the drag strip next week ... any tips appreciated / heard of wrecks -- Wait until you get that first 11 second slip. 11.98 really jazzed me, I only got 1 but that's good enough, the launch is everything play around with it.

Heading to the drag strip next week ... any tips appreciated / heard of wrecks ---

Re: Heading to the drag strip next week ... any tips appreciated / heard of wrecks -- In my 2000 Gen II dynoed at 434 RWHP and 474 RWTQ (full Belenger exhaust) with 3.55 gears on PS2's @ 22 psi air pressure (rears) my best times were 11.98 & 12.04 at sea level with a 1.82 60' time. Once you get...

    New guy here (intro)

When I was growing up I was really into the AC Cobra with the 427 side oiler. When I got to the point in the 90s I could afford most cars I couldn't afford a real 427 AC Cobra and the kit cars weren't really out yet. I fell in love with the Viper but did not like the idea of side curtains so...

    New guy here (intro)

You are right about one thing, it took me 3 years and $26K in parts to get my '69 L71 roadster to NCRS Top Flight status. Beautiful rare Monaco Orange paint, 427/435 tri-power. She was my baby until I bought my new 2000 RT/10 and more and more when I went out to the garage to decide which one to...

I had the full Belanger system on my 2000 RT/10 Belanger headers, 3" catbacks and 3" in/out Randomtech cats, sounds like music especially at WOT. Gained me 25 RWHP and 40 RWTQ also.

How much do GG heads cost?

You have to remember the code, it's called "soup" on this board, you don't want the mods cracking down on you. I must sent out over a 100 packages of soup to various members of this board for free.

A choice between two 97 dodge vipers, which do you think is a better pick?

12 or 13 years ago I had a shot at a Red & Gold RT10!!!! Talk about rare, spoke with the guy across the country and made arrangements to fly there, when I called him back it was sold #%$&*$#, I ended up buying a brand new 2000 RT10 instead.

Pilot super Sports on an ACR

You can say that again, I got only 4 days of tracking an ACR before I had to trash the tires, corded the fronts and rears were worn out. .

Pilot super Sports on an ACR

I cannot imagine a tire with a hard 300 treadwear rating would compete with the 80 treadwear rating of the PSC.
