    Yes the insides are coated, but we are talking millimeters in thickness. The insides don't have to be done if you don't want them done, but slip fit headers can be coated with no issues on the outside and inside.

    Very thick, but not too thick. It carries a garauntee on it. I really don't have the measurements on it, but it's thick enough to polish. I will get with my guys and find out. This process is nothing like powder coating. It takes longer.

    I am not a fan of the Optima batteries. I have gone through two of them on my Diablo. Once you lose the charge on them, they are dead. I would stick with a traditional battery like what Jon B said.

    Dodge Viper Slammed by Gen-Y & DC Engineer!

    What a bunch of sorry ass crap. The Viper turns more heads that the FGT in my experience. FGT are nice, but they don't have the in your face kind of appeal. I had a FGT for a day and people thought it was nice, but didn't get the grins like the Viper did.

    I got the 512TR less than two weeks ago. I am going to shoot to get back into a Gen II Viper next year. I need to build a larger garage. But I don't have any other desire to chase down any other car now (Besides the Viper). I got all my boyhood dreams sitting in my garage as of now.
