That Lambo looks like the lead car in a gay pride parade. Please don't put that color on a car that rips pavement to shreds, turns tires to butter and causes mothers to gather their children when one approches. Greg- fireball

Wife of the Year thread...
Mines damn good too. The day we went to pick-up our new ACR she went to the hair salon and surprised me by having her hair dyed to match the drivers side strip. She even wore a red and black outfit. Cool. Greg- fireball

ACR Radiator Hose Collapse Video....
I've never had a heat issue, but just the same - if there's a problem it should be fixed. Do one of our esteemed vendors have a fix for this? Question though. Has anyone ever had an overheat because of this? Was air in the cooling system the cause of this? Greg- fireball

Removing front splitter/diffuser: any safety issues?
There's a bunch of guys here with H1's (REAL Hummers....). Just in the post I know of 3! I still say put the splitter on. Greg- fireball

I drive my ACR all over the place with the splitter and I have the suspension set very low. No issues whatsoever. I say leave it on!- fireball

BTW, When I do my fall trip to Moab I usually go in mid September. Twice in the last 4 years I've hit snow in Southern Alberta and Northern Montanna. 3 years ago it was so bad that power lines were down from the snow load. Not a problem in the Hummer. In the Viper that's a different story.- fireball

What's the best performance upgrade for a 06 coupe?
What for? Drag racing? Road course? Posing? For me the single biggest bang for the buck is a wheel alignment with a ton more negative camber - but I need that for the track. Greg- fireball

Re: Anyone have a Lift King lift ? Turn plates go under the front wheels. They allow you to turn the wheels easily and they measure the amount that you've turned them. It'll make alignments on my race car easier. I use portable ones now. I go to a pro to get my ACR aligned.- fireball

Lap Time - I'm So Freak'n Happy
I'm in Athens, Greece right now (at an internet cafe) so I don't have my 'book'. The car is 100% stock (this mattered to me) including brake pads and rotors. Lap Time - I'm So Freak'n Happy
Anything faster than 1:30 is a pretty good lap time at Race City. First timers are in the high 1:30's - even in a fast car. A really well driven Miata gets to about 1:38. I usually give rides in the 1:24 - 1:25 range and I've had everything from one person pee themselves to 2 folks puke...- fireball
