    Update: car at dealer now. Viper tech said radiator fan assembly (motor and blades) needs to be replaced. They should have the part by tomorrow afternoon and have me back on the road by COB tomorrow. Unfortunately, we're expecting 1-4" of snow tonight, so I probably won't be able to pick it...

    I like the Stant locking gas caps. Mine flipped the CEL on both my 10 Viper and 09 Z06 right after installing, but I cleared the code and have had no problems since.     The salt is my only concern about winter driving. I keep $20 in quarters in the car and wash it off same day if I see any evidence of salt. Fortunately, we don't get alot of snow in KC, and the city doesn't use much salt.

    IDM, as others have suggested, you shouldn't be focused on gas mileage and economical driving styles if you're driving a Viper. I also use my Viper as a daily driver (2010 ACR), and have put 5000+ miles on it in 6 months. I *always* drive it the way it is supposed to be driven, and fill it up...
