Any good body shop should be able to do it. They just stick on, after the old ones are off you just peel off the backing and stick them on. Just make sure to line them up properly.
The chrome seem to only be available for the sides of the hood, the list price on them was $81 each. They don't...
Here's a couple of pics and a link to the others.
I think I want to use the bottom one for my avatar (Tony, are you listening?)
Here's a link to the rest of the pics.

The Chrome emblems come on the Steel Grey Vipers so you can get them for GTS Coupes or RT/10's. They're not cheap though, list price is about $87 each if I remember right.
I took some more pics today, I post a link to them in this thread later.
I forgot to specify, Drag Slicks. It's my understanding that the taller sidewall is a plus on drag slicks.
I'm a little more of a drag racer than a road course racer, but I think I'd like to do (learn) more of the road course (and autocross) racing.
It was really FUN at VOI6!
I finally got to bring my Viper home from the dealer yesterday. It felt like forever for them to finish the car (wet sand and buff out). The emblems finally showed up.
Here's a pic of the chrome emblem on the side of the hood, I love the contrast to the red.
It's supposed to be sunny tomorrow...
Is there a reason that when people are talking about putting slicks on a Viper, that they're always using 16 inch wheels (diameter). Will 15 inch fit?
I think I know the answer, but I wanted to know for sure.
(15 inch diameter is too small to clear the suspension or brake calipers is my guess).
Re: Cockpit cover \"Old Style\"
Welcome Aboard!
I'd say if you don't see one in the board classifieds, check with the "Parts Rack" on the tonneau cover for the passenger compartment.
The PartsRack
After that if you're not in a hurry, look on e-bay every so often you will see one there.
I've run 12.30 in my 94 RT/10 with minor mods (smooth tubes, K&N's, and glasspack mufflers).
Here's a link to the time slips in the post on them (in the Dyno & Timeslip section)

It was my understanding that right after the "Merger" (yeah right ), that most of the publicly held stock was owned by American investors.
When the stock hit $108 per share they sold out and now it's owned by mostly European investors.
At least that's what I was told.
Tell me what you think of my new Viper Web Page (so far).
Here's a link and there's one in my Sig.
My New Viper Page
Little by little I'm learning this computer stuff.
Sean,
The Wing looks Great! I like the shape and height of your wing. It looks good from all angles.
I always thought that the Hennessey Wing was a little too tall.
No Flames, that's just my opinion. (I couldn't resist, hahaha).
Re: D-C \"Friends Discount\" = 2% BELOW invoice!
Actually the family members of D.C. employees have always been eligible for "Employee Price" (Green Sheet). It covers direct relations and inlaws (or maybe outlaws depending on how you look at it ).
I usually have friends wanting to know if I...
Re: Times are achangin\', German to head Chrysler
I read that article, it was written by Brock Yates from Car & Driver. It was a pretty interesting article. I tried to post about it last night, but the computer (internet) kept locking up.
Things do not bode well for Chrysler, and now Jim...
If they are plastic, I've got the name and number of a Plating shop in FL that does hard Chrome plating on plastic. I had them Chrome plate some 71 'Cuda headlight rings (which are made of plastic). It's not cheap but it can be done. E-Mail me if you need the info.
I had the wheels on my 94 Chrome plated, it should be no problem having yours done. The wheels and center caps are made of aluminum.
The place that did mine was:
PCA Metal Finishing
1818 E. Rosslyn Ave.
Fullerton, CA 92831
The phone number is (714) 871-2490 ask for Bob Perez.
They charged...
Here's a pic of my dash painted black and what it took to do it.
Time wise figure a weekend (or about 3 evenings) to prep and paint the dash. I painted it myself (but I was a bodyman & painter before I went to Chrysler).
Preparation is the key to having it hold up and not flake off. I washed...
As far as replacement, I've heard the main dash costs about $350-$400.
What I did was paint mine (I went with textured black paint). It wasn't too hard to do.
If you want I can e-mail you some pics of my dash, and tell you what it took to paint it (What kind and color of paint).
Just let me...
Are you talking about the side sills? If so it's not the std. warranty (3 yr/ 36K miles) that covers this. It would be the outer body perforation warranty which should be 7 yr/ 100K miles.
E-mail me if you want and I'll try to answer any question you have. [email protected]
That's a Great idea!. If you want the stock look you can probably find machine screws with the stock size hex head (5/16th I think).
Definitely needs to go in the Tech section or cookbook.
The emblems for the sides of the hood will be the chrome ones, but as I understand it they don't make chrome emblems for the rear bumper. Sounds kinda silly to me, but I'll have to use red ones back there if that's the case.
They had ordered and received all the emblems, but when the showroom...
