Another way of looking at it: in 2008 the $100,000 SRT would have cost $93,976, while the $125,000 GTS would have cost $117,470.- bcmarly

I think Ralph and co. are taking a risk here with the pricing. You figure the base model with a few of the most desirable options ( track pack, etc.) will raise the price to beyond $110,000 and the GTS well beyond $130,000. Ralph's stated objective is to maintain loyalty with the die hards...- bcmarly

2013 SRT Viper pricing to be announced MONDAY
One of the problems for the corvette and its various iterations is the fact that the GS, the Z06 and the ZR1 all look the same. They all have the wide body, the front splitter etc...The Z06 and ZR1 can be made to look the same with carbon splitter and other optional pieces. There just wasn't...- bcmarly
