    GTS Finally Finished

    As a car dealer in Florida I can say that a LOT of cars with COD (certificate of destruction) titles are bought and shipped overseas. Flood cars and high end cars are the most notorious. If a car is on the road here and is found to have a COD title it is confiscated and who knows where it goes...
