Toddt,
That was probably Steve Lenzer. I think he was up that way on thursday? He lives in Fremont and is vary active in the NorCal Viper club.
BTW, He is currently third place in Viper Days West coast super Stock.
Woodhouse has several new Vipers in stock. I'm not going to say what I payed, but it was less than what it would have cost at any of the local dealers in California. Call Bill Pemberton @ Woodhouse Dodge and ask! 1-800-889-1893. They will deliver your new or used Viper to your front door.
Let us...
Soap, Water and a spunge is the softest thing you can use.
Do not wipe the wheels when they are dry! The brake dust is vary abrasive and will leave small scratches that will add up to severe damage to the clear coat.

SSunburn,
Come show off your new car at our Norcal Monthly meeting Tuesday night May 7th. at Mama Mia's in Campble. See Norcal viper club web sight for directions.
Hope you can make it.

Brad, I think the flanges were not flat to start with. It is posable for the matierial to "move" after they have been machined. Machining Is what I do. And it is not the manufactures
fault. After machining, welding and final machining there is stress in the matierial. If you have to take it...
If you are going to pay the tax. Have the guy meet you at his local DMV and sine a note of sale at that time. DMV may be able to transfer title at that time knowing all fees have been payed.
Good Luck,
Dan
Yellow with white strips!!!!
I don't think you can buy'em that way.
If you can find someone with a lazer set up that would be the best way to get straight lines. You might want to have the car masked and then inspect it your self before they paint.
Just a thought!
Dan
What is reasonable?
It's a Viper and should have a Viper paint job. The same as if you or your insurance company paid for it.
I would be a little more clear on the quality of job to be performed.
Do it right or don't do it at all.

Dennis, California Auto Polish in Campbell was a good choice in the past. I have not had them do any thing in the last two years.
Rocky knows them well, his shop was next door to them. They used to have cars ship to them from across the country for detailing.
Call them and then stop buy and see...
I've been told to use W-D 40 to clean the rubber off my car.
Is this the best and safest way to clean.
I found a damp rag and a lot of elbow work works but seems like it could scratch the paint.
Please advise

Go SSpeed racer!
I was wondering who that was that was kick'n my butt out there.
I'm in the same class (SS). The best I could pull was 1:38.15 for third place. I'll look for you at Button Willow. I would like to go for a ride with you and share notes.
See you there!

I think If you can get away for a day or two, Fly out and look at this car in person. Meet the dealer, and have the mileage documented. There is no reason the car should be driven after a sales contract has been recorded. Until there is a signed contract the dealer owns the car and has the right...
JBS,
That's Great! welcome to the family. Check the "Viper Days"
website and find the fist location you can get to and GO! you'll love it!
You will find out just how much fun a Viper is. Great class instruction and ride along instructors. If you already have track time it's still a great place...
If Woodhouse took a deposit from you or anyone else that is not eligible for the cert, I would expect that you are still in line by first come first serve after the certs are filled and it's open to those that were not eligible. As for the interest, How much interest do you have in owning an...
My application is in. See you there Skip!
Have you thought about a class for the intermediate drivers?
I would like some tips on the next step. I'm burning up brakes and tires but I know there is more to it than that.
Dan
I want to see the colors before I place my order!
If the images are being pulled then can someone tell me where I can find them.
"The waiting is the hardest part"
Thanks
