Does anybody else find it odd that whoever took these pictures only took 2 pictures? If I had it, i'd be taking every angle shot I could get under varying lighting conditions, etc.
You have to understand SRT's dilemma: If they change the design too much, people complain that it's not a Viper and looks too much like something else; If they change the design too little, people complain that it hasn't changed enough and looks too much like a Viper. We knew all along that the...
It's not "grasping at straws" if half of the folks on the VCA forums were asking SRT specifically to revive the curviness of the Gen II. The front design has been evolved, as well as the rest of the car. If you don't buy one, someone else will.
I think the dark spot you guys are scrutinizing is a defect in the model. If you look all over closely, you'll find all sorts of defects: rough parts, chips in the paint, etc.
I think the next teaser shot should be a helecopter view of a field with as many horses as the viper has under its hood. It would give us something to do until april at least. by the time we counted them all it'll be April 4.
MDS requires an automatic transmission, according to the engineers I've talked to. Since there's no automatic transmission planned for the Viper, MDS won't make it. Not to mention the production volume is probably going to be around 1000 cars, so even if the viper got 3 mpg, it wouldn't have a...
Don't know if this is true or sloppy journalism (referring to the GT series cars) but GTS appears to be a model name for the new serpent.

So we complain that SRT hasn't shared anything, then complain some more when unexpected details get leaked? sounds like a Catch-22. You can't make everybody happy.
yeah and anybody who's seriously considering purchasing a $100k car isn't going to base their opinions on a 2-dollar 1/64 scale model made in taiwan or china
About Difference A. you should note that the swirly camo pattern serves to disguise some of the lines. They give an impression of the hood opening being much larger than it is, or at least that's what I've gleamed from the photos
yeah looked at a picture of a GTS hotwheels car. The only cars that look good as hotwheels models are those made with straight lines. They just don't do justice to curves at all. So everybody, please CALM THE F*** DOWN!
