Switching from 13" wide to 12" wide rear rims. Spacing issue?
No spacers needed if offset, etc is correct. A large portion of Viper rear wheels are 13", including the OEM ones.- Ricketts

There is probably your problem. Yes it was new, but is VPA a official MOPAR dealer? If not, then they technically don't have to warranty a MOPAR part sold through a third party.- Ricketts
