    Most Gen 3's and their drivers are usually in the low 12 range. low 11's for an 08 is just about right. Exhaust and tires will get you into the high 10's

    To drive that car safely it would require a lot of maintenance imo. A leak down and compression check would be mandatory too. upper 50's would be a decent price but get ready to spend 2-3K to make it drivable.
