What really matters is your time. Is it worth the extra effort to squeeze out a few extra thousand dollars vs. just letting have the dealer take it ?
Just give Underground and Heffners a call...they can answer your questions accurately. They may even know of a few TT rides for sale.
and to help you a bit...many TT cars are custom order type vehicles with lots of mods that cost extra. Each vehicle should be assessed individually.
Specs sound good to me. A few hundred pounds less would have been nice but really....who cares. 95% of Viper owners can't handle a yugo at it's limit so all these specs are for poser bragging rights anyway.

Last year we saw a HeffnersPerformance built Viper GTS do a 7.99 in the 1/4 mile.
This year should be even better with lots of Vipers (from stock to HOLY COW), Lambos, Ferrari cars, and Ford...
