This should be interesting and a formidable match-up with the Veyron. Not cheap (but cheaper than the Bugatti).

This is the first that I had heard this regarding the 2010 Viper -
"There were actually no 2010 models, only extended 2009 models".
How/where did they come up with this nugget?

There's a nice 2004 Gallardo on their web site for 99,995.00 with 9,619 miles on it. The odd thing is that "Recent maintenance includes a new clutch and fresh tires" is in the description. Fresh tires make sense but a new clutch after only 9k miles?
"I love the visors for wind blockers. I'm a bit taller though so it might just be me, but positioning them to direct air away from my head is great on the highway."
Ditto here. Being 6'4" every bit helps.
The rear tires are 14 years old? Good Lord!! Replace them ASAP!! Like Chuck said: "Tires and Fluids a must"!! CONGRATULATIONS and welcome Greg!!

I'm curious. How was the paint job on it? How well did it match the factory paint? I'm interested in this for my 2009 GTS Blue w/white stripes vert. It's a nice looking top. Thanks!

That plate is history already. I finally got my NY custom plate last week that says "RAYVIPER" (Ray being my last name). I agree - the DMV issued plated DOES look like it belongs on a Hyundai!!
Hey Pete,
Of course! Jon's been getting on my case as well! This thing called "life" seems to be getting in my way again! I did my first oil change on the car last Saturday. It was good to see the underside finally. Did you and Jon make it out last Sunday?
These guys are a riot. I am looking forward to next years joke already - "Polka Dancers have lower rates of Colon Cancer"!!
Funny stuff - reminds me of The Onion.

Congratulations! Just make sure that there is NOTHING overhead that might fall. You would never forgive yourself. My wife is still breaking my stones for finally cleaning out the garage for mine!

Jon,
Don't know if you are a COSTCO member or not but I just got their online-only offers flyer and they have a MotoFloor Modular Garage Flooring deal for 48 sq.ft. for $99.99 delivered. Looks like it comes in black/white combo or charcoal. Looks like a coin pattern. Works out to 2.08/sq ft...
That's the one! Thanks Jon. How's the parking over at Maureen's on a Sunday? Whenever I went there it was a bit tight. They do have great food. I'll be sure to meet you and Pete over there one of these weekends. Come on Spring!!

FWIW -
Sears has a sale that started today (3/13) on Mobil 1 for $4.99/qt. I don't know if this is just in NY but I thought I would pass it on. I stopped-by the local Sears (on LI) today but they did not have 0W-40W. That really doesn't surprise me because I don't think Sears moves much oil...

This is like the "blind leading the blind". When you look at Junkman's video, he specifically mentions to add 2 ozs. soap to 3/4 water and to NOT shake. What you experienced today makes more sense. It's alot like an Ortho lawn chemical hose sprayer. You place the chemical into the unit...
