How low do you think they will go?

In 1970 you could get a Plymouth Superbird for $2,000. What are they worth today? Our cars are limited production collector classics. It won't stay like this forever. When every car on the road runs on batteries and a gas station is hard to find our cars will be worth millions..... you'll see.

How to for Roe S/C removal & reinstall?

I had similar issues when I had my Roe. I thought it was a bad MAP sensor and replaced it but it kept doing the same thing. I figured out later that it was because it was not tightly mounted. With the Roe tubes in the way the MAP is only strapped on with zip ties. Make sure those are tight...

    Viper Swerves Everywhere

You would think that when they did the alignment they would have checked the suspension components right? So if there is nothing loose maybe it's in the power steering?

    Stereo mods

You can make a much higher impact by changing the equalization of the system. I've heard stock systems sound phenomenal just by how it's tuned. You will hear a little improvement with an amp and speaker change but to get the most impact you should change the head unit. Aftermarket EQ's have...

Spin when low on gas ?

Lack of traction over the rear tires due to low fuel level. Have you ever spun when it was a full tank? I've noticed that my traction is much better with a full tank of gas.

    The brakes work...

I was going through an intersection a few years back at around 50mph. An old lady starts to turn left right across my path. As I locked up the brakes I leaned on the horn hoping she would get out of my way. But she had no clue I was about to hit her. From the approach speed in my normal car...

A/C blowns ice cold when driving, but sitting at idle, not really cold.

It's probably not a good idea to be adjusting your idle with the set screw.:nono: The PCM controls idle speed. It should be at 700rpms.

    Gumball Rally Viper Spotted

Isn't that a little too conspicuous? Every cop will be on the lookout for cars with stickers on it that says Gum Ball Rally.

    Did someone say "Gen4 transmission into a Gen2" ??

From what I was told you can't swap them. I would be real interested to see how much modification is needed to make it work.

    window switches

I believe it was late '97 early '98. They upgraded to two corporate single gangs used on most other Chrysler vehicles.

    window switches

The switch is from an old K-car and you can easily take it apart. Just pry along the base and separate it from some locking tabs.

I believe CAAP was one of the ones to be permanently shut down. Along with SHAP and Sterling Stamping among others. btw SHAP = Sterling Heights Assembly which makes the Sebring/Avenger.

Did you notice any heat reduction?

    Dynamat under rear carpet ?

Dynamat or any acoustic mat isn't really necessary. It just adds weight. Although it does dampen and deaden certain frequencies you can easily tune your system to compensate. I know of some champion sound competition vehicles that don't use a shred of the stuff.

    Some good news for Chrysler....

Daimler was the bug that rotted Chrysler from within. If it wasn't for Daimler, Chrysler would have been much healthier and better prepared for the downturn than it was. Daimler sucked the life out of Chrysler and basically left it to fend for itself with little resources. But a lot of the...

    ½ shaft swap?

Yup, mine had a dab on the threads when I replaced with new ones. Dave, I don't know how you could have gotten the shock bolt on without compressing the spring. Mine was like 4 inches off.
