    Where does it "feel" like the vibrations are coming from? And have you checked your tires and suspension to make sure everything is tight and not worn out? Sounds like a slight case of wheel hop perhaps.

    Good story D. Just be thankful it was a somewhat stock car and not a big turbo or S/C car. Back in 05 I drove Gerald's DLM GTS and hat a handful that was was, pulled like a freight train. Now you're officially snake bitten and you'll never go back. :D

    Glad to hear it was fixed with no other problems. Now after the car warms up and there's clear space, get on the gas a fair amount to get those rings to seal up nice under pressure. The hard break in, in my view once warmed up gives you a stronger running enine then the ever popular easy break...

    Glad things worked out for you, and now you have some gained knowledge on how to work on your car first hand. If at all possible when calling a tow company see if it's possible to hae the rep see if the arriving truck can acmodate a car such as the Viper to avoid any scraping or other damage.

    2 days ago I got my first Viper!!!!!!!

    Cool, enjoy it and take it easy at first. In a few months you'll be asking for more power. When that time comes.... a built motor and a set of 72mm hair dryers will do you just fine. ;) Seriously though, enjoy the car and start slow with the mods if you want more in due time.

    Ouch... There's another Viper site but uhh, after reading that I'd recommend you stay away from that one a the moment...:rolaugh: First thing it needs are headers, exhaust and no or high flow cats to get some HP and less cabin heat and of course an even meaner snake sound. Enjoy.
