    I've got a 25x35 and a 40x35 garage area, new construction. Epoxy was the only thing I had in mind, and has been since day one. I've had epoxy+shark bite (traction agent) before, and it turned out real well.

    If you don't plan on servicing a car in your garage, then racedeck might be for you. I'm an epoxy fan, simply because I work in my garages. I'd be leary of damaging a bunch of the plastic tiles in day to day work.

    Lightened flywheels have their best place on the track. For street use, the loss in rotating weight will make stalling a much more likely event. RPMs will drop a BUNCH between shifts. Not so much a problem when you're in the upper RPM band on a track, but bigtime issue when trying to navigate...

    This isn't a lambo dude, clutches last longer than 10K ;) You can abuse the hell out of the clutch and it should still last longer than 15K. I daily drove my car, and clocked almost 40K miles before it was sold. Stock clutch.
