Airfilters: S&B vs. K&N

My '96 RT/10 accelerator needs adjustment. At this point I have to depress it halfway to the floor before getting any response. How do I go about adjusting that? Intermittent hesitation
I just entered the magic snake pit society with a '96 RT10 and read in the service bulletins on the viperclub page that there is a intermittent hesitation problem with the engine at 4,000-5,000 rpms. if this is the case, what is causing it and can it be adjusted?- mayo_pasco
