    GTS sculpture on ebay

Well, it was sculpted by "Sergio Garcia." Since he's not winning majors, maybe he's trying his hand at other things...could make this very valuable.

Current Diecast at your local store

I got a nice 1:10 RC '08 around Christmas as Toys-r-Us...blue with white stipes, very nice. I also picked up a Fresh Metal GT2 and Maisto 1:24 GT2 the other night at Wal-mart...very shocked to find those!!! I'd love to find an red/black ACR 1:24 or larger...anyone know if those are available?

    Will 5w-30 hurt my engine

Tom, with the switch from Mobil to Pennzoil, and, as you predicted above, a possibility of trouble for Mobil oils...as long as we continue to use synthetics, can you switch brands (i.e. - Mobil to Castrol or Pennzoil) without any issues?

    Myrtle Beach Gathering

I think September would be best...off season rates, not as hot and, for us golfers, plenty of available tee times!!! Plus, this would give plenty of time to line up some restaurants and other places that can give us deals and special parking. I also spoke to Chad last night...he's in as...

    Viper Golf Ball Markers

Very nice!!! As much golf as I play, this would be awesome to have in my pocket! I'd like to have a set of three (one in my pocket, one in the bag and one to keep in my wallet so I always have the Viper with me). Where do I sign up?

    SCT Tuner?

I used the Roe mid-octane program and noticed a difference as well. However, for you guys running the 94 octane program, is there any issue with running 93 octane pump gas with the high level program?

    Viper Golf Ball Markers

Great work! Diameter is fine, it should be about as thick as a dime or less (if possible). If you put a tine on it, round it off so that it doesn't poke someone in the leg.

Go Easy On Me.....looking To Buy And Not Sure What Year

03-06 was 500-510 HP, depending on what formula was used (03-04 says 500, 05-06 says 510...same engine!). 05 did have the Copperhead edition...no extra power, just trim and paint.

Go Easy On Me.....looking To Buy And Not Sure What Year

Just having a little fun at someone else's expense (not your's). Chad's right...while we do have fun, you can't find a better encyclopedia of collective knowledge than here. Personally, I have an 04 vert and love it...kind of the best of both worlds. Any Gen 3 (03 and up) and be upgraded to...

Go Easy On Me.....looking To Buy And Not Sure What Year

If you're looking for a really rare Viper, some guy in another thread had a 91 available. I think it may be the only one in existance!

    Heating up street tires

The "wig wag" during pace laps of racing is mainly to "scrubb off" any debris that may have stuck to a warm tire. The best way to heat up a tire is to drive it (the faster you drive, the faster it heats up). If you ever watch a TPMS while driving, you'll see the pressures rise more quickly on...

    Another Dead Snake...

Looks kind of like a kit-car to me...Chad's right, the windshield is funky (too high and has some padding I've never seen before). Almost like a Franken-Viper!

Richmond, VA Indoor Karting Event, Mar 21, 09

I can imagine that tint that dark on a bright red Viper would draw a lot of attention. I'm sure the contrast of the tint against the red doesn't help at all (makes it look even darker).

Richmond, VA Indoor Karting Event, Mar 21, 09

Not sure about down there, but if you don't mind the drive to Richmond, Virginia Solar Tint does great work. I know a few club members have had work done there and loved it. As for the plate, it's a "compliance offense." If you order the bracket from PartsRack and show the judge you are...
