    I smell gas

    It seems like the gas odor is coming from around the filler area. The dealer couldn't find anything, but I'm not the only one who smells it. It smells worse after a long drive. Could it just be from the exhaust? Any suggestions? Car is a 97 GTS.

    Re: Help!!!! Viper won\'t start. I agree that it is very likely to be the battery if it doesn't crank. Batteries don't last that long when they are allowed to drain. I'd say that if the battery is 4 years old or more, you should just replace it.

    Well, actually, I'm abougt 135 lbs and a 15" neck. It cuts me too. They do make some pads you can put on that make it more comfortable. Sometimes I ran the inboard belt around the seat instead of through it. I don't know how safe that is though, so can't really recommend it.

    Follow-up: I did the whole pull down tree selecting make/model/year/etc, and they shipped a part that was about 2/3 the size needed. It has been returned, and they are refunding my credit card.
