    WHAT DO YOU THINK OF USING ACETONE INSTEAD OF OCTANE BOOSTER

    Acetone, Toluene, Xylene are all pretty carcinogenic (cancer producing). I'm not sure I'd want to be fooling with any of them without the right ventillation equipment and knowledge of how to use it properly. Just my .02 :2tu:

    Why not a V1 remote signal unit?

    My main unit is on the visor and the stealth unit down below. The visor mount gives great front and rear coverage and is only noticable from outside the car if one looks really hard to find it. In that position, it's as close to the windshield as with the suction cup mount and a whole lot more...

    Overheating problem

    Had exactly the same symptoms and cause last fall with my 01 GTS. They replaced thermostat first without solving the problem then followed through with the water pump and successful resolution of the problem. I'm in agreement with LETHAL GTS, it's the water pump! Good luck! :2tu:
