    Removing exhaust spots from rear end

    POLISHING COMPOUND takes it right off. Then a fresh coat of wax to seal. Took my 10 minutes to do the whole splatter scene on the rear end. VERY CHEAP AND EASY. MAKE SURE YOU USE POLISHING COMPOUND FOR CLEARCOAT FINISHES AND NOT RUBBING COMPOUND.

    It happened to me once with my rev. lift and it was because I forgot to hold the lock release latch. no biggie just raised and lowered it again. hasnt happened again. bolt it down though.

    Adhesive for side sill insulation.. what do you use?

    That is fine ron, NO WAY the inner portion of the heat shields where the adhesive goes gets anywhere near 500 degrees. Think about how badly you would burn you legs when getting out of the car with shorts on. You skin would stick to the sill even if it got up to 300.

    what color iforged astras for a red & silver stripe GTS?

    Those are anthracite astras on my GTS. 20" at all corners. Polished lip but may do chrome when I get tired of working to keep them clean. Still thinking about adding the stripes painted to match the centers but we'll see. Quoted 2k for the job done right by the finest shop in south jersey.
