What year is your car? I have the factory parts catalog on pdf. It's for 2002 GTS's. It has part numbers for any part on the car. It's almost 5 megs, I think I can attach it to a aol email. Let me know if you want it.

I knocked loose the old stud, but there is not enough space in the back to slide it out. I'm going to try taking of the four bolts behind the bearing. If this is all it takes it should be fairly simple.
The two lug nuts are ruined also. Does anyone know where i can get the lug nuts. I have...
Was doing my brakes today. When I started to take off the drivers side wheel I realized two of the lugs were stripped. I just had new tires put on at a local wheel shop, they must be responsible as no one else has touched them since.
Come Monday I'm really going to give these guys a piece of...
Which wire do you ground for 01 and newer cars? These instructions only mention genI's and genII's up to 2000. They make it sound like you don't have to do that step for the newer cars.
Bill
By reading these instructions it seems that, in any 2001 or newer car, all you have to do is hold the two buttons down till the horn sounds.
Does this mean that anyone with a remote can program their remote to your car? Or am I missing something?

A quick lube place around the corner charges $10 when I bring my own oil and filter. For that price I'm not going to bother getting my garage dirty.

A lease is a bad idea for an older Viper. When you lease a car your basically paying for the depreciation. Since a 4 year old Viper had already seen most of its depreciation in the first 3 years, what are you paying for?
I've sent you my number, give me a call and I'll go over the ins and...
I don't have the 3M kit, however, i talked to the supplier and he said the rotors could be scuffed with a simple scuff pad.
Anyone else do this? If so, how did it work out.
Bill
Turns outs that they were just samples. JonB had them drop shipped staight from the supplier who put them in the box. Don't know why he would add samples without any additional info on them, maybe he forgot.
Bill
doesn't look like wheel polish. Why would they send wheel polish anyways.
I'm stumped. Whats worst is that no one is available till monday to explain, in the meantime i have to do the pads tomorrow
Polish were in two small unmarked black bottles, ( i assume one for each set of pads ). I don't think they are samples as there is no markings on them, except for the word polish hand written on both bottles with a marker. Also no instruction as to what to do with them.
I bought the pads from...
I will be changing my brake pads this weekend. I am using the EBC greenstuffs. This is my first time with these pads. In the box there are two bottles of polish. The instructions say to scuff the rotors (I assume with the polish) but noting else.
Do I need some kind of high speed polisher...
Don't but factory. I also have the cognac. I bought factory mats. They suck! They don't stay in place, event with the retaining clips. And they curl.

Check out Doug Levin. He's a super nice guy. I've never used him because my car is still under factory warrantee, but I think he does do rgular work also.
BTW, what part of Miami you in?
Bill
In case anyone's interested Yesterday I went to a tire shop next to my office to have my front tires mounted and balanced. I noticed in the back of the store a set of HREs (545's I believe). They are the same ones that are on yellow fever's car. The guy in the store said they belonged to a...
I have Haggrety. I pay $1100 a year, which is excellent for south FL. Progressive would have been over $3000 a year. Plus with haggerty I have a stated value for my car, so if something does happen, I don't have to worry about them screwing me on the value. This happened to me a few years...
