    jacking info

    Actually, I use my Craftsman 3 ton floor jack just fine. I just take the round jack pad off the jack, and just slide it under the side..............Just fits under there.

    Sorry it took so long to get back to you guys. I really appreciate all the helpful tips from you. Anyhow, I managed to get a best run off at 12.61 seconds @ 115mph with a 2.11 60ft time with 29pounds of pressure in the rears. I could do nothing but smoke the tires off the line everytime...

    When is the worst time to run out of gas (roadracer must read)

    Actually the worst place to run out of gas is in the middle of the frikin' desert in Arizona in 112 degree heat. That happened to me this year as we took a road trip to LA in late June. The worst part was that the gas gauge wasn't even in the red zone yet ( looked like about an 1/8 tank left...

    What tire pressures do you run at the Drag Strip ?? I'm running stock 17" Michelin Pilots on my '96 GTS, and I'm wondering what the optimum pressure would be for the rears and the fronts. I'm guessing about 23-25 lbs rear, and 30-35 lbs front. Am I way off base with my guess ??
