love it. I want to do a plate as well, but it seems everything I can think of is help by someone on this board. I know I am most likely in a different state but did not want to copy someone.
unreelviper, you have P285/30/20's on your car? What width is your wheel? The tire rack lists that tire as 1" taller than stock. I am concerned about rubbing the inner wheel well, not the outer.
I just noticed that the wheels on the car that I like are said to be 20x11 with Pirelli Rosso 285/30/20's in the front and the 345/25/20's on the rear. On the 11" wheel, it does not look too tall to me at all.
I wonder if there would be problems with the 11". I think MikeR did 10.5's on his.
unreelviper, that makes me feel better about the Pirelli's. Is your offset stock or do your wheels stick out slightly more than stock?
ILLSMOQ, Discount says they have the Nitto's.
So now my only concern is the Nitto sidewall flex. Most of the complaints I have read have been vette guys who...
I am putting on 20" forgelines all around with stock widths.
I am looking at Pirelli Rosso or Nitto Invo's.
I understand the Nittos cost less and have a softer sidewall, but it appears the Nitto 285/25/20's will give me almost the exact same diameter as the stock runflats. I have tracked...
I have heard various things around here on the 19 or 20" front wheel setup. I am thinking of 20x10 up front and 20x13 in the rear?
Anyone else here have the 20's up front. If so, I would like to hear from you. Would you do it again? or go with 19's? Is the ride a lot bumpier?
I am looking...
If I decide I hate the red, then I can have them switch them out to polished later for for about $1000. I think I will like the red though. It is really growing on me.
Since NineBall set a new precedent with his white wheels, I am thinking of going with these wheels on my red vert. Wanted to see what you guys think? Am I totally crazy?
Picked up the car last night. Got to drive it home about 20 miles. All I can say is, Mama Mia! It moves. 4th pulls like 3rd used to and 3rd pulls like 2nd. Definitely sounds different. Now I just need to get the tune done. Needless to say, it made me smile.
