My suggestion would be to drive a Roe car! I had problems with my BAP so I couldn't run my 10# pulley. So this weekend I am going to take the BAP off and put on a 5# pulley. YOu can basically take a stock car and put on the Roe with a 5# pulley. If you want to go 10# you are going to need...
I am the 5th owner of my 96 GTS
#1 - Cali
#2 - cali
#3 - Cali
#4 - Ill
#5 - PHX (me) bought it 11 months ago with 43k miles...now I got about 49k miles on it. Once October comes around it gets out of the garage more!
with a 12# you need alot of W/M, just better off having an intercooler at that point(which isnt available).
with an effective tune and a 12# pulley your street tires are basically useless.
Road & Track did a comparison of 10 cars on 4 different tracks, the ACR faired very well, 2nd only to a LP560-4 Lambo...it was an OK article, when it comes to long stretched the ACR is limited with its massive downforce.
My car has been with my tech for about 3 weeks...
I know he keeps it inside the engine bay at night...
there are also 8-10 vipers there when I go so I am comfortable with it.
DOes he have other vipers there? or is yours the only viper?

NOw I have a wife, 2 girls, mortgage...yadda yadda.
To me it seems that mid 20's or after age 50 is when they are just more...
