Yeah they do have that outdated look. What about in a black matte finish or a very dark bronze? This would be going on a black GTS. Thank for your opinion.
Bringing this back from the dead. In the market for some wheels. Great thread. Thanks.
Maybe its just my current state, but why do the CCW Classics look so nice and flush with the GEN II body lines?
Calling a Japanese car a "ricer" illustrates ones lack of knowledge and ignorants imo. That is, if you are actually meaning it. If you are just throwing the word around because its funny that's one thing, but to actually believe it is another. The 2JZGTE is an iron block inline 6 turbochagred...
Robi has it right. Most of the modified Supras on the road make somewhere between 450-850whp. A lot of them are only bpu+. They will be making somewhere in the 650whp on 93oct. The ones making 800whp are on e85 or q/c16.
I have yet to ride or drive a TT Viper so I can only imagine, but what...
I've owned three Supra's in my life before owning my current Viper. Two of them made 1,100+rwhp on Q16. Key word here is Q16. On 93oct I could only produce around 650rwhp. They are awesome machines. The engine from the factory is basically a detuned race engine.
Great video! Thanks for putting your car up for the test. Honestly, there is something about the GEN II GTS Viper that you just can't copy in to anther car when it comes to the driving experience. Also if I understand correctly, they didn't even push the GEN II all out and yet it still managed...
Absolutely not. Just get your launch down and you will be fine. Also try taking out psi from the tires. you may have them overinflated. Hows your tune if any?
Sal runs a 6 in the 1/4 mile with no wheelie bars at over 200mph.
I would like to know what you all use to relube the points on the hood connects in order to make opening the hood smoother. I was thinking lithium grease.
Mod the engine to the point where you need a parachute to slow the car down. Run parachute through hole. That will stop people from picking on your sagging hole.
Those white Vipers are nice. HOWEVER, if you hurry up, you may still be able to place a bid on this dream.

The hood gap I find is due to how you close the hood. Apply equal pressure to both hands when closing it and it should close fine with zero gap. That is if the Viper has never been in an accident.
If he needs to ask how fast, how many cylinders, what hp..... I would have just written him off. Vettes are nice awesome machines, just too many of them on the road. I'd feel the same about the Viper if they were everywhere.
