    Friend's Viper Failed Emissions BAD ... ?

    When I got my 96 and brought it back to Arizona, I had to get it emission tested. All they did was plug in to the OBD, never hooked anything to the tailpipe. It passed, but it had no readings, just said OBD not detected.
