Re: TT Vs. SC (What are the real world differences)
Wow looks nice doug! But I would like to hear some details from those that have put some miles on both setups. I know Paolo is building "The Beast", but he hasn't already driven a TT for 6 months (yet). I don't think I will get the answers I'm...
I would like to know the real world diferences good and bad, between TT & SC setups. "By real world" I mean everyday drivabilty, reliabilty, and controlability on the street. I know the common crap: Dyno, track, and physical differences. I want to hear from people that have ridden in or...

Little bas-turds! Last May I walked out from my daughter's B-day party at Chuck-e-Cheese to find a choclate shake baking on my car from front to back! Oh, they deserved more much more!

The Following Prices are what I paid.

70mm Throttle Bodies - $550...
T&D's and Full Belanger Exhaust, the number that were posted were done on some pretty mild tuning. Since then I have advanced the timing and added more fuel and now I can feel a lot more power (SOP) in the mid-range. So who knows now, I'd like to Dyno again but I don't have the time.

If they come in anywhere between 7-10K and push it as a DIY kit, it will definitely be tempting though. All still pending on whether it works or not of course. :D
Supra,
I use that "ricer" word because you don't see many 4&6 cylinder domestic cars competing the in high performance arena. So I don't mean it as a slam, I just use that word to as a generalization for japanese cars. Nice numbers by the way!!!
I think the lag is relative to the...
Ah, but that's where the plot thickens, you are not flowing exhaust from a 4 banger or even a 6 you got 10 cylinders kicking out some pretty high pressure through the same diameter tubing those ricers do (no offense). There may be lag but I don't think it's going to be signifigant. Your spool...
Well said torque, I wonder what was said when they were trying to S/C the first viper. Better yet I'd be interested to see the threads, if they go back that far. Just when you think you've seen it all is usually when something innovative happens!
Imagination is more important than knowledge...
Nice job woody, what other bolt-on's do you have. You will love that system tons-o-fun. The only thing's you may want to consider are:
1.) The orientation of the vec2, the are not waterproof. I have mine pointed toward the driver and I have seen others that point them towards the engine. I did...
