Note also most of the negative responses are band wagon jumpers with no direct experience and repeat the things they have been told. I am on the 3rd yearwith that combo and have had no issues and no handling idiocies period. And I have not bumped my cars nose or any other parts through various...
From what I can tell that only applies if you moved from the US to Canada after the sales date. Cross-border shopping to save money is not a valid reason. In this day and age data will eventually catch up with you. Trying to bypass these is called cheating. Calling the selling company names...
I agree with GRNBGONE on this and that is what is taught by the state in commercials. The state tag line is don't veer for deer. Many more dangerous accidents result from the avoidance than impacts. Not that either are without injury/death. It just improves your odds to avoid running off the...
And 3 years later I have not been able to be as aggressive in certain turns because of the previous ABS failure. I know it will happen again, I just do not know when. It gets in your head.
Hey if Tiger can lose a ball in a tournament when he is in contention (and ultimately wins it) anyone can. They had video for 2 angles and hundreds of witnesses and still lost it.
I would vote for mimicking the insert diameter and thickness of a green fixer magnetic insert and making it...
Last year he had no Viper. Though he has had at least one previously. Nice guy and great car collection. In time, when Vipers are collectable I am sure he will include them.
I will only counter the baseless comments on gray marketing. The rest of your gibberish makes no sense. I could not care less what your government charges for you to get products from outside of your country to inside of it.
Gray market, in case you are unaware, is a term applied to the...
Not an expert but don't they have that policy to discourage cross border shopping. Given price and currency fluctations there is always an advantage on one side or the other. And given differences in governmental requirements it is the companies duty to comply. So why is it that people still...
I only watched the first 30 seconds. That is Lingenfelder's place. I think if you check the archives in the Michigan club location you will see a review of it last May. Incredible. But what is more incredible is that if you cruise Woodward Ave you may just see him drive by in the Bugatti or...
I agree the crashed car looks to be a 1992 or early 1993. Bad shape. I hope there was no passenger. Some of the parts may be worth quite a bit as the early cars had many very unique parts from later Gen I's.
The windshield does look weird but it may be that the toebox is crushed in raising...
Please remember that in several instances that we have been warned not to use gear lube in 1992/3 RT/10 transmissions as the lubricant is too aggressive toward the synchronizer material. The 2nd post at the top reiterated that concern.
Can it use existing sensors (f/a, fuel pressure, MAP, etc.)? If so that would be a great way to get rid of the A pillar pod (which has caused jammed fingers during autocross before).
My guess is that it is heat related. My be a good service replacement every couple of years if you track a lot. Not sure if you could heat shield it. A good question for the comp coupe guys.
Shandon I have had a wheel sensor go out at the track. You really want to locate the problem and fix it first. For me it resulted in a rear lock up coming up to turn 1 at Gingerman at 135ish. Turned toward the flag stand and barely (and I mean BARELY) recovered before going through the guard...
Shandon if you apply any downforce in back you almost have to consider something in front. The feeling of a car getting loose in triple digits is not very good.
I have a rear spoiler, which also increases rear down force. Though probably not as much as the wing can provide. But with that I...
Well Shandon, since you were parked next to me at the track (Gingerman) last year I presume you have seen Paxton equipped cars run around the track. I can share what I found out so far, from someone much less than an expert driver.
Reliability: Excellent so far. The Paxton uses the stock...
Saw you on the show Jerry, twice in fact in the early going. Needed some viper stripes on the helmet instead of what looked like flames.
Add many more quick shots plus the one at the end.
Great Job!
