    There should be a plastic ring on the out of part, push that in while pulling out on the line. Mine had somehow come off so I pulled the line at the master. It wad a small rolled pin that you can push out then remove the line.

    you can get something similar by using the image>adjustments>exposure, then changing the exposure and gamma. this shot may have been a HDR shot but may have not been and just been over processed
