    Does it ever end? (pointless post)

    High of 68 today (15 degrees below average) in NE Ohio with low humidity. It's Horsepower, I mean viper weather ! I haven't had my car out in over a month, and I'm sure I'll feel like Wild Bill did earlier today when I'm out slinging 10 pistons around this evening.

    How do I disable the 1-4 skip shift?

    Archer Racing, amoung other suppliers, carry "skip shift eliminators" which solve the issue described. I'm not sure what brands are best, but it is a very simple device so brand may not matter. I suggest doing a forum search for a previous tech article to guide your decision.

Someone who loves everything about a vette, may not like a viper, or someone who loves small cubic inch lambo's may also not like the viper... It's all in what...

    UNRATLD: Great looking car. You may want to look into getting a Corsa cat-back exhaust. Your cabin noise will become much more enjoyable. (IMO) Welcome & HAVE FUN ! !

    Re: Hey Viperbound . . . A budget, patience, and persistance are a good combination. Just keep looking. If your financial situation requires you to pay interest on a viper, be sure to purcahse one you WANT & LIKE. Especially if you are planning to re-sell it someday.

    Bob K: Wish there was someone around here like that ! Really cool move w/ the hood decoy ! Sounds like a great guy. Some areas are more fortunate than others I guess. I would like to find someone I trusted (with a ramped lift) to change my oil, let alone give me the time to clean the underside...

    It's funny that the more $ spent, the better level of customer service provided... Like the post where a guy who owned multiple vipers broke one racing, and his mechanic picked his other one up and brought it to the track for him to race. (multiple vipers, hilton, racing) ya, wonder why service...
