1. Aerogel insulation used throughout the car for not only heat insulation but noise insulation as well.
2. As mentioned, better tires.
3. As others have stated, a more mod friendly car. The C7 is already being tuned. (32rwhp/35rwtq just from a tune)
4. I would also say maybe have targa top for...
I look at it this way. They lowball you so that if you sell it, their gain and your loss. It all comes down to trying to get the most for as little as possible. They may be just looking to buy it and then turn around and flip it especially after that car flipping series was on TV.
This goes out to the new BODs and VCA Staff,
There is an apology out to Ralph, which rightly there should be. But what I think there needs to be more than anything is an apology to the members, both present and those removed/banned/etc, of the club. There were some wrongdoings going on that...
Pretty good post Tony. I agree 100% about the competing club part as well. What we need is to try and get this off on the right foot. I hope we aren't seeing the total dissolve and division of the Viper community as we speak. That is what we truly do not need. There are dissenters who want...
Well maybe Tim will show us some pics of the cars he mentioned. I like to dream and the cars he has are what alot of us dream about.
Glad to hear you are ok Tim. You sound like a 1st class kind of person.
Absolutely! WTF? You know they are going to test and compare the car and yet you send a car that has loose bolts, mismatched tires, and brake problems. Either send them a properly prepped car that has been gone over with a fine toothed comb or pass on sending them a car at all. Terrible...
It appears that there may be a problem with the VVT. The fix could be nothing more than a software flash, or replacement of oil control valve (OCV). Have you changed your oil by any chance? There is a TSB for other Dodge/Chrysler models that post a p000B code.
My god! is it your goal to annoy everyone on this board? You truly must be one lonely individual. I imagine that you are some kid who hasn't outgrowned puberty yet. Your basement must be getting cramped. Dude, grow up and put the crackpipe down. You seriously need some help.
Moderators: Why is...
Actually you fit the description to a "t". A troll is anyone who comes into a thread trying to derail any semblance of a meaningful discussion. Therefore, if the name fits, then you surely must be a troll.
Once again, i have to ask. Why are you here on this site? You are not here as a real...
I agree 100%! Get the ban sledgehammer out for the usual trolls. Hmmm, Srt Viper and Kratedisease come to mind. I have no idea why they are here except to try and do the troll thing.
Actually it is nice to see a heads up comparison with these two compared to each other. Tony, I think you are right in looking to compare acceleration between a Gen 4 Coupe and a Gen 5. This way you can pretty much say coupe vs coupe. Either way nice video. Your video really shows how the Gen 5...
Well I think it will still be something along the lines of a Miata. Especially since it appears that Fiat has entered into an agreement with Mazda to build a small sports car.

I really think we need a section for those like the OP (non owner section) so that they can't troll the whole forum. It is evident that he is not here for anything other than to troll.
Maybe you need to see why some of the dealerships are hesitant to let people drive their Vipers. Someone pulling into the dealership in a Viper, I might could see letting them test drive one but not anyone else simply due to the torque these cars have...
Very good points. When you look at the best lap times, it becomes pretty evident that Bill P. was spot on about the Vipers air intakes being too restrictive...
I'll post a given and be willing to make a bet. And that is that 1Badgts cannot come into a thread without mentioning Evan Smith. And the other thing is that he is going to brag about being there or knowing someone who was helping to build such and such car.
What makes the Gen V worth the...
