Viper neutral rattle? Or something else
NGR is Normal. What Fluid did you put in the T r a n n y? There was a TSB to replace it with gear oil if you are bothered by it. Unless its an outrageous vs a subtle noise, its normal. Pushing in the clutch should make it go away. Just watched the Video, that does sound a bit louder than...- daveg

Original 1993 Wheels - any value?
All 4 wheels were replaced with 93 wheels? If they are after market, keep originals. If the originals that were involved in the accident are straight with no major damage, they are fine to use.- daveg

Poor car! Hard to tell what it worth because of condition. Is Motor Seized? Whats the rest of the condition? You would have to take a much closer look to determine value. First thing I would do is approach him to see if he is even interested in selling and go from there.- daveg

99 RT/10 power steering reservoir cap
Heard of peoples caps loosening up over time and coming off. All I have done for 13 years is make sure the cap is very tight. Mine has never come loose.- daveg

Ya so Basically what Dan is saying is water should go through the Heater Core regardless of what T-Stat is doing. If you have no Heat that equates to Water Pump not Pumping. I believe you showed Temp of heater hoses being cold and that indicates pump no Workie.- daveg

Did you shoot what the temp is at the base of the T Stat Housing? That should tell you if the T Stat SHOULD BE open or not!.- daveg

None of the Pics you showed indicated the Motor was running at that temp. Shoot at the base of the thermostat housing.- daveg

Can shoot at the base of the T stat housing. Its quite possible your car isn't even over heating but an IR gun will tell along with the above tests.- daveg

Before you throw more parts at it, see if the cooling system is flowing. After the thermostat opens, both Upper and lower hoses should be Warm / Hot. If both are warm, your cooling system is flowing. As stated above, 4 minutes is way to quick for a car to overheat especially from a stone cold...- daveg
