With fuel pump clicking, the signal side seems intact. Socket for pin 30 should have 12 volts full time...does it? If yes, have you tried to jump relay sockets (jumper between pin 30 socket to pin 87 socket to see if pump runs) with fuel pump relay removed? If pump not running, next step would...- Steve-Indy

BIG difference between 1997 and 1994 !! If, by any chance, you paid a 1997 price for a 1994, I would suggest that you attempt to arrange a partial refund. Sorry that I can't help with the filter you mentioned. The MOPAR Oil Filter NOW recommended is Viper Specific for 1992 thru 2006 Vipers...05037836AB. (note "AB" and NOT "AA").- Steve-Indy

Why did ACRs never have special engines?
My answer would be the amount of money involved. For the record, the first Viper ACR's 1999) were touted as having more horsepower (about 10 above the other models) since they came from the factory with smooth tubes and K&N filters.- Steve-Indy

ASD relay should be under the hood in the Power Distribution Center...remove cover and look in lid for location guide. Fuel pump fuse and relay should be located in trunk on driver's side in a slender box with a cover.- Steve-Indy

Agree with what Steve M said...side by side, parallel wires are an issue. This recalls to mind a "high end, custom" stereo shop/installer here in Indy who rigged the the wiring in a similar fashion as Steve described..."hum" was the result.
