Does anyone know this TT Gen2 ACR?
I don't know the history of the car, but I have a few theories about time on the market. Looks to be a great car, but the market is a little soft right now. You could be correct about them not wanting to touch it. Some shops don't want to be on the hook for certain cars. My local shop wants nothing to do with my car. What Tire Size For 18x11 fronts and 18x13 rears on gen 2 GTS?
I'd have to ask CCW where they pull their measurements from. These wheels came with the car (luckily they are what I would have purchased), my measurement of the front was pulled with rudimentary outside to outside.- BoondocSaint

I was pretty sure the fronts were 11" wide. Double checked with a quick tape measure and they look to be 11" fronts.- BoondocSaint

How could a clean Gen3 viper sell for $38K?
I agree 100%. 40k could be considered "high mileage" for low production sports cars with any collectible value, but that's not why I own cars. Cars that are as much fun to drive as Vipers should be driven IMO, save the collecting for baseball cards.- BoondocSaint

At a glance it is a car that has "higher miles", and a history with some level of front end damage. Gen 3 cars aren't usually the most sought after, the auction appears to be no reserve, and the market is settling down for most Vipers after some record highs. My thoughts on the Viper... 1.) It's one of the most affordable hand built low production (just over 31,000 TOTAL) iconic sports cars you can own. 2.) Maintenance won't bankrupt you the way other low production sports cars can. 3.) The driving experience is visceral which makes me feel alive...- BoondocSaint

That's one of those strange parts that don't share a lot or any parts interchangeability with other Dodge's. Have you tried X2 builders, LeeC parts or any other salvage business that strips down wrecked Vipers?- BoondocSaint

Suspension bushings
It depends on how far their procedure says to tear it down. Some shops have to stick with what the computer tells them to charge hours wise. 40 hrs. does sound a little much, especially if the arms are staying attached to the knuckle. Having the dealership look at it is not a bad idea. If the car can't make it to them, you might be able to have something worked out allowing their tech to go to the car.
