    If you just dropped that Gen-4 pump into the tank without modification.... you are going to be disappointed. There are a number of directions you could have gone, but dropping a Gen-4 into a Gen-2 without a very important set of modifications does not work out too well :)

    Absolutely not, do it right,or dont do it at all. Disassemble the harness until you locate the issue, or just replace the harness. Dealer techs do however scare the hell out of me when it comes to work like this. Wiring is probably one of the most lacking skills seen at dealerships.

    Programming the VIN/Mileage is not a problem. However, the window Smart Glass feature is NOT controlled by the PCM, it is a function of the BCM [Body Control Module]. Your VIN Mis-Match may indeed be the root cause however.

    EVAP, Large Leak Detected. Check all of your EVAP lines for obvious cracks and damage. Try replacing Gas Cap. Besides that, you will need a DRB3 Scan Tool [Dealer Equipment] and a Smoke Machine to locate the leak if not obvious and hidden.

    Very similar to a basic SCT flash. Slight fuel/timing changes, skip shift delete, and emissions monitors turned off.

    Check under the car first, and make sure it even has downstream O2 sensors plugged in before you go and pull the sills. Also check and see if the Skip Shift solenoid is plugged in, or if it is unplugged/has an eliminator plugged in its place.
