I just happen to find a set of brand new IPSCO lowering caps under my passenger seat (96 GTS), still in the package LOL. Previous owner never put them on apparently. VCM not scanning, 96 GTS
Pretty simple, HP tuner MPVI3 will connect and read, but the scanner will not scan. 96 GTS. HP said this is a known issue and to try both beta and stable scanners. I have both, both same issue.
